Battery isolator 2 x 70amp

‘- Our ‘Very Low Drop’ automatic battery isolators, or charge sharers, allow to recharge 2 or more batteries simultaneously.
– They automatically separate connected batteries to prevent discharge or “dumping” of the battery with higher remaining charge into the one with lower charge. Thus our isolators initially automatically charge the battery that has the lowest charge and then proceed to the other batteries.
– They have a heavy-duty construction and a rust-proof anodised aluminium case with wide fins. The later feature offers protection from overheating thus extending the isolator life.
– The “Very Low Drop” characteristic guarantees a very small loss of voltage at the exit. The isolators decrease to insignificant levels (less than 0.2 V) the voltage drop on the way from alternator to battery. This is an innovative feature that differentiates our isolators from those of competition.
– All our battery isolators have the protection standard IP 685.
The name “isolators” is used to describe the main function of this appliance, namely, isolation of the batteries from one another during the charging process. They belong to the family of appliances that are used to modify the charging process:
Isolators: electrically isolate batteries; they prevent the “dumping” of one battery into another.
Separators: separate the current only in one way.
Preferentiators: supply more curent to the least charged battery.
Dividers: divide the charge among several batteries.
Our isolators combine these caracteristics and offer an addotional one – the low voltage drop (less than 0.2 V) between the alternator and the battery.
